Polar Bears to Penguins
Oct. 9, 2010–Jan. 2, 2011
One of the "coolest exhibits" ever, Polar Bears to Penguins is a family-friendly, multimedia experience that explores the fascinating and unique nature of the Earth's polar regions, the current science being undertaken there, and these regions as indicators of climate change. Polar Bears to Penguins is funded by the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation, and the Government of Canada through FedNor and the Canadian Heritage programs.
Skeletown
Oct. 16–31, 2010
Skeletown—The Children's Museum Guild's 47th Annual Haunted House—will take intrepid young explorers on a tour of the city's spookiest destinations, including Bone-Crusher Stadium, the Art-trocious Museum, the Heartless Hotel, the Scaregrounds, the Zombie Zoo, the Spine-Chilling Speedway, and much more! The Haunted House offers both Frightening Hours (with the lights off, for children who dare to be scared), and IPL Lights-On Hours (for children who scare easily). Tickets are $6.50 at the door.

Dora and Diego—Let's Explore!

Let's go! ¡Vámanos! Embark on an active adventure in the enchanting world of Dora the Explorer, her animal-rescuing cousin Diego, and their friends. Chart your journey with Map, celebrate with Boots and The Fiesta Trio, help Diego search for baby animals in the rainforest, and help the Pirate Piggies learn how to share in the Pirate Ship. Work with Dora and Diego to solve problems and overcome obstacles.
